There is plenty of street parking available in the town of Los Alamos. And, most hotels in the area are within walking distance of the venue!
🚗 Traveling by Car
Los Alamos, CA is about a 3 hour drive from the Los Angeles area.
✈️ Traveling by plane
Nearest Airports:
LAX (Los Angeles International Airport)
SBA (Santa Barbara Airport) — note that there are no direct flights to SBA and there will most likely be a layover at LAX.
📌 Travel Tips
Transportation: Ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft) can be extremely limited in this area, especially in smaller towns like Los Alamos and Los Olivos. We advise guests to rent a car or arrange for carpools, especially for evening events.
Roads: Please note that surrounding roads around the town of Los Alamos are back roads with little to no light. Please plan your transport accordingly and travel safely!
Reservations: The food scene here is destination-worthy, but popular spots fill up fast. We advise guests to book dinner reservations well in advance, particularly for Bell's, PICO, and First & Oak.
Weather: Weather in March can be mild. With high 60s to low 70s during the day and as cool as mid to high 40s in the evening. Pack layers!
